§ 1.Acceptance of Security Operations & Eligibility

By interacting within the official SyncInk Support Server (Server ID: 1520461877073674392), you enter into a binding agreement to adhere to these Terms of Service, server channel guidelines, and Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

§ 2.Acceptable Conduct & Zero-Tolerance Policies

All participants must uphold high standards of digital conduct. Strictly prohibited actions include:

• Raid Utilities & Exploitation: Attempting to flood chat, exploit permissions, or deploy unauthorized user-bots results in an immediate permanent ban.
• Toxicity & Slurs: Harassment, hate speech, bullying, and derogatory attacks against staff or community members are met with zero tolerance.
• NSFW Material: Posting explicit, violent, or sexually suggestive media in public channels results in immediate auto-quarantine.

§ 3.Autonomous Moderation Actions & Sanctions

The Support Security Bot is authorized by server leadership to issue automated warnings, apply temporary voice/text mutes, jail offenders in quarantine, and execute permanent bans without prior notice when security thresholds are breached.

§ 4.Service Availability & Disclaimers

The bot and security dashboard are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We continuously strive for 99.9% uptime, but accept no liability for temporary interruptions resulting from Discord Gateway outages or network maintenance.
